CANDIDATES & NOMINEES: (must be 5 - 17yrs old)
To apply or be a part of the Royal Court, ALL must be active ETI 118 Members and must show regularly at our 118 shows in at least one of the disciplines.
COST: $50 per year for all Candidates. Paid at time of Coronation.

*Nominations will continue until the end of the show on June 25 due to our NEW SHOW! This gives more participants a chance to join the fun!
CORONATIONS: Princess Coronations are held during Lunch at the ETI 118 Premiere Show April 30*. Nominees must ride in on a horse or walking one in (parent assistance is ok). This is a horse show. Our horses are the reason we are here. Pictures will be taken by Show Photographer.
QUEEN TITLE: The Queen is Coronated at the Awards Banquet for the following year's Title. The Queen Title is earned. All Royal Court Princesses work throughout the year to earn the Queen Title by helping at our shows, by assisting in running the RC Bake Sale/Booth, by representing our show at events, by having a good attitude at the shows/events, by demonstrating good sportsmanship as a rider, holding good attendance at the show, by continuing to hold good school grades of C, good school attendance and good behavior in school of E or S and good citizen in the community. Latest report cards must be turned in to the ETI 118 Board before the Banquet to qualify. The ETI 118 Board will designate the winner of the Queen Title and announced at the Banquet. The Queen is a 1 show season term and up for re-election by the following Awards Banquet.
PRINCESS TITLE: You can sign up after the prior year's awards banquet until the new season's first horse shows up to the June Show. See requirements below. Princesses grade requirements must have no F's, no U's and no suspensions or expulsions. However, to be a Queen these grades and performances must improve to Queen Title level.
ROYAL COURT REQUIREMENTS:
#1 Must be an ETI 118 Member, #2 Each SVAC Royal Court Member is required to work at the BAKE SALE BOOTH, #3 Assist at the HORSE SHOW during each Horse Show throughout the current year's ETI 118 show season, #4 Must show at ETI 118, minimum 1 class at each show in any riding discipline, #5 Good show attendance, #6 Good student in school, good attendance and good behavior. Latest report cards will be reviewed by year-end Banquet.

BAKE SALE ITEMS & WORK TIME:
For each horse show, please be sure to bring your 2 Bake Sale Items (drinks, pastries or snacks) and deliver to the Booth at 7am. Contact Alisa Barles with your times you are able to help at the Booth so she can schedule the day, also let her know if you will not attend the show or not able to help at the Booth. Check in with her so your BAKE SALE WORK time gets recorded. Minimum time to help is TWO HOURS. Parents, family or friends can work for you; split day and split jobs is ok.
SHOW BOOTH HELP OR SHOW ASSISTANCE:
Please check in with the Show Booth on where you can offer your help at the Show and where help is needed. Minimum time to help is 2 HOURS. Parents, family or friends can work for you.
Tasks can include: Handing out winning show ribbons, assisting the Judge, hand out awards from show booth, clean up parking lot, help set up arena, help tear down arena, help at show gate, help Trail Judge, etc. Please help with Awards at Show Booth. Be sure to check in with Alisa Barles to get your SHOW WORK time recorded.
AGES: 5yr - 17yr (the age is determined by how old you are on our first show date of the year)
ROYAL COURT YEAR-END AWARDS - These awards are fantastic and very favorable. They are awarded to the RC for their hard work and support to ETI 118 throughout the year. These awards can be a buckle, halter, horse blanket, jacket, show chair, etc. BUT based on current RC budget.
SVAC HONOR AWARD - SVAC ETI Corral 118 awards a Royal Court Member the Honor Award at the Year-End Banquet. This award is voted by the ETI 118 Board Members to the RC Member who goes above and beyond to help at each horse show, represents ETI Corral 118 respectfully and does all with enthusiasm, kindness, and professionalism as well as achieves all the requirements of the title they carry.

If you are required to do Volunteer Work and need to fulfill this school requirement, please consider volunteering at our Horse Show. We can use the help and will gladly sign off for your time. For a day's work, a FREE LUNCH is offered for your time and help. Check in a Show Booth.
